I’m trying to be calm about it, but the payment process was really slow and frustrating. It didn’t feel reliable for me at all, and I definitely expected things to move a lot faster.

I tried booking through scrappingsimply.com and it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were kind of confusing, I kept clicking around, going back and forth, and at one point I wasn’t even sure if my request actually went through. It seems like something that should be simple, but it really wasn’t. I ended up giving up after a while...

"In my experience, getting support from Scrapping..."
In my experience, getting support from Scrapping Simply was frustrating. I reached out about an issue and felt like I was waiting way too long just to get a response.
When they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t really address what I was asking. I followed up again, but I still felt kind of ignored, so personally I wouldn’t count on them if you need quick help.

I don’t know, the site just didn’t really make me feel confident using it. Maybe I happened to check it at a bad time, but the info felt kind of unclear and it didn’t feel very trustworthy to me. I’d definitely be cautious before buying anything from here.

"Late pickup again"
The collection was late again, and the time slot they missed without anyone telling me. I was just sitting around all morning waiting, which was annoying.

"I felt kind of embarrassed during the whole..."
I felt kind of embarrassed during the whole pickup. The driver barely said anything to me and seemed annoyed, like I was bothering them just by being there. Everything felt rushed and uncomfortable, and I didn’t really know how to react. I wouldn’t use this service again unless the drivers are trained to be a bit more polite and professional.

"Quote felt like a bait-and-switch"
The quote they gave me was way lower than what things actually seemed to add up to, and it didn’t feel fair. Maybe I’m wrong, but it kind of felt like they were giving a low number just to get me interested, then letting the real cost show up later. Left me frustrated.

"Paperwork was a headache the whole way through"
I didn’t have a great experience with the paperwork side of scrappingsimply.com. To be fair, everyone I dealt with was polite enough, but the process itself was really frustrating.
The forms weren’t very clear, I had to resend things more than once, and replies took longer than I expected. It just felt like no one was properly keeping track of what had already been sent or what still needed doing.
Maybe it runs more smoothly for other people, but for me it made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I appreciate the effort, but I wouldn’t use them again

"Fees should be easier to spot"
The site worked fine overall, but my gut feeling was that the pricing could’ve been more upfront. The extra fees didn’t totally surprise me, but seeing them show up near the end felt a little annoying. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just that clearer pricing earlier on would make it feel more trustworthy
